Polyester - Free Movie Clips

Wow! I really loved the movie Polyester. The movie is absolutely stunning with top-notch graphics and visuals while Divine deliver some award-winning performances in this movie. I also think Tab Hunter was great! The visuals and graphics make for some very realistic on screen special-effects but that is the beauty of the movie.When the movie wants to be funny it is funny, the same is true for when the movie needs to deliver its scary aspects.

I think Divine and Tab Hunter worked wonderful in Polyester. The great supporting cast includes Divine, Tab Hunter, Edith Massey, David Samson (II), Mary Garlington.

You should see it, make no mistake this is a definite blockbuster!

Summary of Polyester:
Director John Waters broke new boundaries of bad taste with this hilariously trashy tale of suburban misadventure. His favorite leading lady, transvestite Divine, plays Francine Fishpaw, a dissatisfied suburban housefrau who longs for a little romance in her life because her husband and children drive her crazy. Salvation arrives in the form of Tod Tomorrow (Tab Hunter), a drive-in owner who sweeps Francine off her feet (a mean task, given Divine's girth). But he's not all he's cracked up to be. Filmed in the miracle of Odorama, video viewers now have to imagine the scents (actually, odors) that came on the Odorama scratch-and-sniff card during the film's theatrical release. Japan's Longest Day - Watch Any Movie Any Time You Want

Japan's Longest Day- has always been a favorite of mine.Through out the movie, Toshir Mifune simply shines. S Yamamura actually caught my interest too.

I think Toshir Mifune and S Yamamura worked wonderful in Japan's Longest Day. The great supporting cast includes Toshir Mifune, S Yamamura, Chishu Ryu, Seiji Miyaguchi, Takashi Shimura.

If you are a true like Japan's Longest Day, you will want to add this movie to your collection.

Summary of Japan's Longest Day:
On August 15th, 1945, the Japanese people faced utter destruction. Millions of soldiers and civilians were dead, the rest were starving, and their cities had been reduced to piles of rubble two of them vaporized by atomic bombs. The government was deadlocked; some ministers called for surrender, and others argued that honor demanded a final battle on home soil. To break the impasse, the cabinet took the unprecedented step of asking the Emperor to decide the fate of the nation.

Unable to bear the suffering of his people any longer, and finally given the power to do something about it, the Emperor decreed that Japan would surrender.

Much work remained to be done: the Imperial Rescript had to be composed, the Emperor had to record it, and it had to be broadcast to the nation. And there were many soldiers and civilians who could not accept surrender, and would do anything even commit treason to avoid it.

In a single 24-hour period, the fate of 100 million people would be decided.

This is the true story of August 15th, 1945... Japan's Longest Day.
