Dragon Ball Z - Lord Slug - Feature Review!

The fourth Dragon Ball Z movie was released in 1991 under the title This Is the Super Saiya-jin, Son Goku. Goku and Krillin use their powers to deflect a giant asteroid from striking the Earth. But the asteroid is really the ship of the evil Lord Slug, who bullies Gohan and Bulma to get the Dragon Balls and obtain the eternal youth he desires. The newly regenerated Slug begins to "terrafreeze" Earth, killing inhabitants and transforming the planet into a gargantuan space vessel. During their inevitable duel, Goku learns that the now-gigantic Lord Slug is the last member of a race of "super Namek-jins." Goku eventually defeats him with some help from Gohan and Piccolo. For the U.S. release, Funimation has added an intrusive rock soundtrack--and five minutes of obnoxious commercials at the beginning of the tape. Great Expectations - The Matador [HD DVD] - An Extraordinary Movie

Wow! I really loved the movie The Matador [HD DVD]. The movie is absolutely stunning with top-notch graphics and visuals while Pierce Brosnan deliver some award-winning performances in this movie.

I also think Arlin Miller was great! The visuals and graphics make for some very realistic on screen special-effects but that is the beauty of the movie.When the movie wants to be funny it is funny, the same is true for when the movie needs to deliver its scary aspects.

I think Pierce Brosnan and Arlin Miller worked wonderful in The Matador [HD DVD]. The great supporting cast includes Pierce Brosnan, Arlin Miller, Azucena Medina, Jonah Meyerson, Wiveca Bonerais.

You should see it, make no mistake this is a definite blockbuster!

Summary of The Matador [HD DVD]:

This hip and hilarious dark comedy finds boorish, on-the-job hit man Julian Noble (Pierce Brosnan) in a Mexico City cantina where he meets mild-mannered Denver businessman Danny Wright (Greg Kinnear), both of whom are at a crossroads in their lives and careers. Over too many margaritas, they form a strange friendship built on the dark and drunken honesty shared among strangers who believe they will never see each other in the light of day. However, months later, back in Denver, the doorbell rings at the Wright residence, and Danny and his wife Bean (Hope Davis) find Julian on their doorstep, a desperate, broken man. What else can they do, but to take him in?
